For those interested in applying to a City University of New York (CUNY) college, LaGuardia Community College is offering a free college prep workshop on April 17 that will show participants how to select a CUNY college and complete the CUNY application.
Information will be offered about CUNY community and senior colleges
and the many degrees that are available. Participants will also be
given step-by-step instructions on how to complete the CUNY application
as well as information on the documents that must be submitted with the
application.
The two-hour session, which begins at 6 p.m., will take place on the
Long Island City campus at 31-10 Thomson Avenue, Long Island City.
