ENTRY INSTRUCTIONS:
*Foreign Language Films must be subtitled in English
*Films should be no longer than 26 minutes in length, and the date for the finished production should be in 2011 – 2013.
*Preview format must be DVD or/and online data
*Preview DVDs should be clearly labeled with the title, running time and contact information (name, phone number, e-mail.)
* The formats for film exhibition will be Quicktime 1080p H264 .mov .mp4. Other formats may eventually be used and will be analyzed case by case by the festival producers.
*Genres: Documentary, fiction, animation, experimental
*Please include: Filmmaker name, Title, Running time, Film description, Address/phone/email and any related press materials, including press kit, a list of other festivals at which your film has been screened and HR photos
*Deadline: AUGUST 5th, 2013
*CortoCircuito will not return material that have been submitted for consideration

INSTRUCCIONES:
*Los filmes en lengua extranjera deben estar subtitulados al inglés
* Los filmes no deben durar más de 26 minutos y haber sido producidos entre 2011-2013
*Las copias para consideración deben ser en DVD, NTSC o data online
*Los DVDs para revisión deben estar marcados con el nombre del filme, duración, teléfono y email
*Los formatos de exhibición serán Quicktime 1080p H264 .mov .mp4. Otros formatos pueden ser usados eventualmente y deben ser analizados en particular por los organizadores del festival.
*Géneros: Documental, Ficción, Animación, Experimental.
*Incluya título, descripción del filme, nombre del director, duración, 2 fotos del filme en alta resolución, materiales de prensa, participación en festivales, contacto (teléfono y email).
*Fecha límite de entrega: AGOSTO 5, 2013
*CortoCircuito no retornará los materiales recibidos en la convocatoria.
