New York Hospital Queens welcomed the first baby of 2012 at 12:18 a.m., a baby girl, Nina Love McConnell-Honore, weighing 7 lbs, 10 oz., born to proud parents Rose Honore and Duane McConnell, and big brother, 12-year-old Aamin, of St. Albans, N.Y.
“I feel great. I feel special and so does she,” says mother, Rose Honore, about her and the baby. “She is sweet, quiet and lovely. That’s why her middle name is Love.”
